Parking policy

  • Upon arrival at the parking lot, please stop next to/in front of the office building in ALL cases for data verification!
  • The parking fee includes a transfer to and from the airport and the parking lot. In case of early or incorrect phone calls (e.g., we are still waiting for our luggage, they took us out to check us, or they are coming soon, they just went to the restroom, etc.), we are unable to wait. If our colleague is able to wait for you at the airport, the resulting increased transaction fee will be charged to the customer in all cases. As of November 2025, this fee is 3000 HUF.
  • The parking lot staff will assist with vehicle movement within the parking lot upon request. Vehicles must be parked according to the instructions of the staff, but even in the absence of instructions, they must be parked in such a way that they do not obstruct the movement of other vehicles, boarding and alighting, or loading and unloading.
  • Upon your return to Liszt Ferenc Airport, after leaving the building, call the previously saved or card-registered phone number from column T11 of the Terminal car park (drop-off and pick-up point), call the phone number you saved earlier or on your card, and our colleague will arrive within 5-15 minutes, depending on traffic, to take you back to your car!
  • Traffic regulations apply in the parking area. The maximum speed limit is 10 km/h. The parking regulations apply from the moment you cross the gate line!
  • Vehicles may only be stored in the parking area when locked.
  • The customer keeps the keys to the vehicles with them, but the staff can keep the keys safe if requested. Except for last-minute bookings.
  • In the case of last-minute bookings, the keys to the vehicle must be handed over.
    A last-minute booking is defined as a booking made within 48 hours of arrival. In such cases, our colleagues will ask for the vehicle keys in order to ensure optimal placement within the car park.
  • In the event of force majeure, the operator may move the vehicles or, if necessary, have them transported away. Force majeure includes fires, natural disasters, assassinations and acts of terrorism, as well as any unforeseeable events beyond human control that prevent the operator from ensuring the safety of persons and property.

Rules of conduct on transfer buses

  • Prohibition of food and drink consumption:
    Food and drink consumption is not permitted on transfer buses.
  • Prohibition of smoking:
    Smoking is prohibited on vehicles, including the use of electronic cigarettes and other tobacco product substitutes.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order:
    Passengers are required to refrain from any activity that jeopardizes the cleanliness, integrity, or safety of passengers on the vehicle.
  • Liability for damage or contamination:
    If passengers cause damage or contamination in the vehicle, they shall be fully liable for the costs of cleaning, restoration, and/or repair.

Provisions regarding parking time extensions

  • Extension fee:
    For ongoing parking, the fee for extending the parking time is HUF 1,000/day, provided that the customer informs our staff in advance of their intention to extend.
  • Late return without notification:
    If the customer does not return on the specified date and does not provide advance notification, the reservation will be treated as a new parking session and restarted accordingly.
  • Fee payment obligation:
    In the event of a delay without prior notification, the customer is obliged to pay the full fee for the new parking period (for example: +3 days, the fee is 9,000 HUF).
